A Christmas Message
To the young people of the world, the Christ Child begins to show you that He shall always be your very best friend. He calls you to love Him, to trust Him, and to obey His teachings which come to us through His holy Catholic Church. He tells you to be near to Him by receiving Him in Holy Communion often. He encourages you to pray each day, to listen for His Word in the silence, that He may show you His plan for your life.
To the elderly, the Christ Child shows you that eternal life has been very near to you ever since you were baptized.
To the sick and the suffering, the baby Lord Jesus offers you His consolation by proving to you that He always walks with you on the Way of the Cross.
To those who are enslaved to their own personal sins, the Son of God offers you His little heart, showing you that His Divine Mercy is much bigger than your sins; that His Divine Mercy is your way to repentance, salvation, spiritual freedom, and happiness.
To those who are confused about their lives, the Son of the Virgin Mary tells you that He is the Light of the world, and that if you follow Him, you will no longer walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.
Even to those who have died, the baby Lord Jesus reveals that in Him, in the shelter of His grace, there is no death, but only life!
Merry Christmas! Christ is born for us! Come, let us adore Him!
